Personal Lines Account Manager

Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. We’re looking for bright, talented, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for the insurance industry who enjoy helping clients as their life needs change (marriage, baby, home/vehicle purchase). Partnering with our clients, and together with our resources, you will further develop the business by analyzing customer needs, identifying solutions and building individual client solution plans.

Requirements: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work in a team setting as well as independently, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, proactive in problem solving, self-motivated, ability to cross-sell, ability to meet deadlines, dependable, reliable & trustworthy

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism with all clients
  • Build rapport and act upon opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database
  • Work with carrier representatives to stay updated on products and policies
  • Collaborate with clients, account executives, producers, insurance companies, finance companies and other departments
  • Manage multiple projects, competing priorities and a busy work volume
  • Educate clients on policy specifics to help them make informed decisions

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Unwavering professionalism and courtesy with all customers
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers
